Refunds
The $9 pass is refunded in full within 7 days if you used fewer than 25 checks. Duplicate charges and service failures are refunded.

A pass paid once never renews. Monthly plans cancel in one click from any email or the dashboard, and you keep the month you paid for. We email you the day before each charge.
