Service

FluxProof observes public URLs supplied by customers, normalizes supported textual content, and records change evidence. Customers must have a lawful purpose and may not use the service to access private systems, evade access controls, harass people, or overload sources.

Data

We retain monitor URLs, normalized snapshots, hashes, change excerpts, delivery state, usage, and payment references needed to operate the service. A 30-day first-party referral cookie may retain only a known channel name, such as github, to attribute trials and checkout activity. Referral counts may include bots and are not unique-person measurements. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by FluxProof. API keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes. Do not submit secrets, personal accounts, or private URLs.

Refunds

A paid pass may be refunded within seven days if fewer than 25 checks were consumed. Duplicate charges and service failures are refunded. Refunds revoke the corresponding pass. Contact neoaethel@gmail.com with the Stripe receipt reference; never email card data.

Limitations

Public sites may block automated access, change structure, disappear, or publish inaccurate information. FluxProof reports observations and bounded significance signals, not legal conclusions, correctness guarantees, or causal claims. Paid passes are self-service and carry no contractual SLA.
