Free: one daily monitor for 30 days, 35 checks including baseline, latest receipt, no webhook. Paid: $9 once for 30 days, five monitors, 15,000 total checks, minimum 15-minute interval, history and signed webhooks.

Preflight a public URL before purchase. Discovery and preflight do not charge. Payment requires the buyer's authority. Use a buyer-owned API key in the Authorization Bearer header for REST; MCP authenticated tools currently accept api_key in tool arguments, so configure your client to protect tool transcripts. Never send keys to third-party pages.

Coverage: public HTML/text/JSON/XML up to 3 MB; no login, browser JavaScript rendering, CAPTCHA bypass or native email/SMS. Significance is a deterministic text signal, not proof of a source's truth or business impact.

Only metadata, documentation and bounded free access are public. The commercial engine and source are private; buying service access grants no redistribution rights.
